Yesterday we finished pressure washing a hotel in the Corona area. It was a 3 day job, Over all the job went smooth. Sun Belt Rentals was a little late delivering the lift but they made up for it with a small discount. The hotel we pressure washed was 2 story, but a large 2 story. We started by steam cleaning the mil due off the roof. I don’t think its ever been done it was really bad. After we pressure washed the roof we did a cleaning of the gutters. Pressure Washing the gutters was a dirty job but we got it done. Once we had finished we then started on pressure washing the building. It was amazing how much dirt build up there was on this place. We steam cleaned a few graffiti spots for free and then cleaned the windows and screens. It was an amazing difference. The manger of the hotel couldn’t believe it. Said it looks like a new place. Over all job went very smooth the only thing was that I estimated we would only take 2 days but it took 3 days to pressure wash and clean the windows. I blame it on Sun Belt, J/K

Thursday, October 29th, 2009Today we worked on a steam cleaning job in San Diego, were we steam cleaned seal cot off of concrete. That the previous paving company had left behind. On this job we used our new recovery system made by Surraco. Let me tell you the system rocks! easy, fast, and can suck up as much water my steam cleaner could putt out. Definitely one of the best systems on the market. We Pressure Washed/ Steam Cleaned 4 apartment complex in San Diego county in one day. The jobs went smooth and our costumer was very pleased. I have to give it up, the recovery system is amazing I cant wait to use it on more jobs.
